Definitions

'Working days' refers to Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays in the UK and ROI.

Information Provided by the Customer

c) You undertake that: 1. all details you provide to us, including delivery address details are correct and 2. the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own or your company’s card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from 3 Fields.

Prices

a) All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates where applicable and are correct at the time of entering information.

b) 3 Fields Preserved Flowers reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or via Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of goods.

Product Specifications

3 Fields Preserved Flowers make every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications without prior notice.

Care and Returns

Upon receipt of 3 Fields goods, the customer should read and adhere to the TLC Care Guide to best preserve the life of the product. 3 Fields Preserved Flowers are committed to providing the highest quality of products and service. However, on the rare occasion products may be found to be faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a suitable replacement. If this cannot be agreed, we will issue a refund within 14 working days of return of goods to our studio address.

 

Promotional Offers

Sometimes 3 Fields run offers and issue promotional codes on selected products. Upon entering your discount code, qualifying promotions and offers will be automatically applied to your order at the checkout and are subject to the below ts & cs:

• Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Offers are valid only on the full price products indicated.

• Offers are valid for  limited time periods.

• All offers are subject to stock availability. 3 Fields Preserved Flowers reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
